How to make captions or subtitles in PC and use them

Hello guys do you ever thought to make your own subs or caption and use them. I also upload a video on how you can do that so go there or read here. And please if you watched my video then please like my channel and subscribe my channel and share my videos.

First download subtitles edit and install it.
Open the software it will look like this:
Now load the file video file.
And click on " Insert new subtitle at video pos " or simply press F9.
Now write subtitle here:
Now done save the file and load it thorough yout vlc media player.
